absolutely...but it would be like ending a FWB relationship, not an ILU relationship...i'm not that heartless.

i'm still here...just hanging in the background like i like it.  not much is really going on with me.  work is work, and it's getting busy as we get closer to the start of the new school year.  i'm trying to take as much time off as i can after autumn quarter starts.  these damn kids drive me crazy, but i love my job.

the hubby is okay...his mom just died this past thursday, so i've been trying to help him cope, as i try to not to dwell on my own grief.  my husband is only 28 and has lost both of his parents.  that's really fucking sad...

baby girl is getting too grown for her own britches.  i love that child like no other.  we're going to be putting her in pre-school.  we're going on a tour of the school soon (hopefully next week).  our co-workers/friends/neighbors/all-rolled-into-one have their son going there.  he's been there for about 2 or 3 years, and he's starting kindergarten this year.  they love it for him.  hopefully we will too.  it's time for baby girl to start getting prepped for K, as she's smart but there's some things that she's lacking on due to the "curriculum" at her day care.  but i think this change is gonna be good for her.  my cousin's daughter goes to a school similar to the one we're looking at, and we both like the curriculum they teach there.

it's been a hundred and hell degrees here lately...i hate the heat so much it's not funny.  shit, i hate the cold too, but i hate summer even worse. loved it as a kid, hate it now.

we've been trying to do some fun activities as a family lately...we've gone traveling, gone to COSI, went bowling and skating, we're going to the last day of the fair tomorrow and probably the zoo next weekend.  it's been fun and Ari's had a blast.  i really need to start remembering to bring the camera.  i've missed some great photo-ops.

not much else is going on...i still read everyone's LJ, although i'm bad at commenting sometimes.  just now that i am reading and do care about ya'll :)

I spent nearly $100 buying this mess...but I love it. I'm not really into makeup, but i do like to look good and you can look flawless without much effort and much product. I like the natural look...maybe one day i'll post a pic of that.

man this is a tough one...i would say sight more than anything. 

to be able to look outside and appreciate a beautiful day...to be able to look at my daughter while she sleeps and just stare and stare at her...to watch her grow up over the years and see what a beautiful woman she'll grow into...

hearing i value secondly...i love to hear my daughter tell me she loves me and i love music.

third would be touch...i love to get kisses from my daughter, i love the feeling of a good massage and of course "relations", lol.

fourth is a tie between taste and smell...to put my nose to my daughters neck and smell that sweet baby smell, to smell bacon cooking or fresh french fries...YUM!  i love to eat and would miss my dad's steak, my macaroni & cheese, my granddad's collards.

What gameshow or reality show would you kick butt on?

Family Fued.  I'm the bomb at Family Fued...all my answers are usually top 1-3.  The problem is finding 4 other people in my family just as good at it as I am...

What are 5 things you'd like to accomplish in the next 5 years?

1.  Get my degree.
2.  Get a promotion at work.
3.  Buy a new house.
4.  Save $10,000...that's only $2K a year.
5.  Give my daughter a sibling.  (shhh!!)

so last night i had this strange dream...

me and ronni went to a party at star's house.  now keep in mind i've never met star a day in my life, but this dream was crazy real.  she and her husband were having a get together and me and ronni went.  i don't even know what star's husband's name is, nor have i ever seen him, but in my dream he was very handsome! he had dark hair, dark eyes, and medium skin.  he was sort of built and about 5'9" - 5'10".

i remember she had this furniture that is light wood (maple, maybe?) with metal accents.  and they lived in an apartment that was small when you first walked in, but it was huge on the inside.  and that ronni was being picky when it came to eating some turkey. (turkey, at a party?!) we went in the kitchen where the servers went through an entire bird just to give ronni the pieces that she wanted.  picky heffa.  that's about all i remember, but it was just strange.

What's your favorite restaurant?

Hands down...Marcelita's.  Best. Food. Ever.  No restaurant has ever come close to their enchiladas, plus their salsa is to die for not to mention the Beef Muchos Nachos.  And the Mango-Orange Margaritas are TOO good!  I could pretty much eat there for the rest of my life and be okay with that!
